I’m working with an organisation doing seriously meaningful work. Supporting the delivery of IPS (Individual Placement and Support), which helps people facing severe mental illness, drug dependency, homelessness and other complex barriers get into work. Their model is used internationally, and the impact is real.You’ll be the go-to person for shaping and owning the end-to-end data function, covering strategy, reporting, dashboards, data quality, and stakeholder engagement. There’s a small but mighty team for you to lead, a strong appetite for using data to drive meaningful decisions, and a real opportunity to make this role your own.
? What you’ll be doing:
Designing and delivering the organisation-wide data strategy
Leading and developing a data & analytics team
Owning all reporting, dashboarding, and data quality across the org
Translating insight into action for leadership and stakeholders
Managing the data budget and contributing to wider strategic plans
Overseeing data governance and IG processes to ensure best practice
What we’re looking for:
Someone who can think strategically and roll up their sleeves
A strong leader who loves developing people and shaping teams
Confident communicator, comfortable working across multiple stakeholders (tech + non-tech)
Experience managing data in a public sector or mission-driven context is a bonus
This is a brilliant role for someone who’s excited about using data for good and wants to build out a data function that genuinely drives change.
