I'm working with an exciting US-based startup operating at the intersection of neuroscience, wellness, and technology, helping people unlock their potential through innovative brain retraining and neuroplasticity programmes.
They're looking for a Growth Marketer to take ownership of digital growth strategy across multiple channels and play a key role in scaling a fast-growing subscription business.
What you'll be doing:
? Owning marketing
? Leading email marketing and nurture campaigns
? Driving YouTube growth strategy and content direction
?? Managing podcast and PR outreach initiatives
? Overseeing SEO, CRO
? Coordinating paid media and social media activity with Freelancer
? Exploring AI tools and automation to improve marketing performance
What they're looking for:
? 3+ years' experience in Growth or Digital Marketing
? Strong understanding of email, SEO, CRO, analytics and social
? Experience working across multiple channels in a hands-on environment
? Comfortable managing freelancers, agencies or specialist partners
? Startup mentality with a proactive, self-sufficient approach
? Interest in AI, emerging technologies and performance marketing
The details:
? Fully remote across Europe
? 30-hour working week with flexible hours
? 12 Month Contract
