This is a rare opportunity for a sales professional to own enterprise deals end-to-end, build relationships with senior stakeholders, and directly influence the company’s next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive new business by identifying and pursuing high-value opportunities across real estate, construction, and insurance sectors.
• Manage the full sales cycle from first conversation to contract signature, with a focus on enterprise deals and net new revenue.
• Qualify, advance, and close complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities using structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or SPICED.
• Build long-term, trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and industry influencers.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management, CRM hygiene, and accurate forecasting.
• Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
About You:
• SaaS or technology sales experience, ideally selling into real estate, construction, or insurance.
• Proven track record of closing £100k–£250k+ enterprise deals and multi-year agreements.
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales engagement tools.
• Familiarity with structured sales methodologies and the ability to apply them rigorously.
• High activity levels, discipline, and persistence in outbound prospecting and pipeline creation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive relationship-building skills.
• Thrives in a high-accountability, fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
