Why Join?
You’ll be part of a high-calibre, six-person infrastructure team where your expertise will directly influence how the company scales. This isn’t about just keeping the lights on — you’ll be architecting, building, and solving complex scaling challenges in an environment that values innovation, technical excellence, and collaboration.
The Role
Drive medium-sized infrastructure projects from design to delivery.
Lead the migration of critical systems into Kubernetes (EKS on AWS).
Tackle complex scaling and pipeline challenges head-on.
Build the foundations that product, AI, security, and R&D teams rely on.
Share your Kubernetes/EKS expertise and raise capability across the team.
Take part in an out-of-hours escalation rota (on rotation).
Tech Stack
Core: Kubernetes (EKS on AWS), Karpenter, Prometheus, Terraform
Preferred: Service mesh (Cilium or similar), Flux/Argo, Ansible
Bonus: High-performance compute/GPUs in Kubernetes
About You
2–5 years’ experience at the lower end of the salary range with exposure to at least 2 of the following 3: Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines.
Senior candidates (high end of salary range) should have deep experience across all three areas, including building or migrating infrastructure on EKS.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative and able to work across teams.
Culture
You’ll be working with some of the best engineers in the business in a high-output, collaborative team where everyone’s input matters. The pace is fast, the problems are complex, and the impact is huge.
Location & Working Model
Hybrid: 3 days per week in either London or Cambridge.
