Our client is a VC-backed, category-defining ConTech business transforming how major construction projects are delivered.
With strong backing, proven product-market fit, and continued growth across Europe, they are now looking to hire a Customer Success Manager to support strategic clients across France and the wider European market.
The Role
This is a highly consultative, client-facing role focused on driving successful adoption across major construction projects.
What You’ll Do
• Manage strategic relationships across major construction accounts in France and Europe
• Drive successful onboarding, deployment, and adoption across multiple live projects
• Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Lead strategic reviews, workshops, and performance consultations
• Translate platform insights into clear operational recommendations
• Identify expansion opportunities and long-term account growth strategies
• Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Technical teams
• Represent the voice of the customer internally to influence roadmap and delivery improvements
• Contribute to playbooks, frameworks, and best practice development across the Customer Success function
About You
• Experience in construction, ideally site-based (Site Manager, Project Engineer, Works Manager, Project Manager)
• Strong stakeholder management skills across senior and operational teams
• Comfortable driving change management and product adoption
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, solutions-led, and highly autonomous
• Fluent French (C2)
• Professional English (minimum B1)
• Comfortable travelling up to 30%
• Must be based in Paris
