They’re helping contractors save time and boost margins by turning site data into real-time insights - using just hard hat cameras and seriously clever software. Already used on projects across the US, UK, and Europe, their solution is proven, sticky, and expanding fast.
This is a high-impact role for a construction professional who’s passionate about innovation and ready to pivot into tech. If you’ve got boots-on-the-ground experience delivering major commercial projects and love solving problems - this could be the opportunity that bridges your site experience into a strategic, customer-facing role in software.
You’ll work with delivery teams on the ground, advise senior stakeholders, and play a key role in embedding new tech into major contractors. The job is varied, collaborative, and will give you a front-row seat in the ConTech boom.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Onboard and support construction teams using a cutting-edge AI platform
Train and coach site teams on how to use the tech day-to-day
Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders (from Project Engineers to PMs to Directors)
Work closely with Product and VDC to feed back user insights and shape future improvements
Own a portfolio of enterprise projects, ensuring adoption, success, and expansion
What They’re Looking For:
4+ years of on-site construction experience (Project Engineer, PM, Site Super, etc.)
At least 2 years in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, BD, Consulting or similar)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, solutions-focused, and excited by change
Based in the Toronto area and happy to travel to sites when needed
