They're now expanding into Asia-Pacific and are hiring their first Customer Success Manager in Tokyo to support the rollout of their platform inside a leading Tier 1 global bank. With over 100 users to be onboarded in Japan, this is a high-impact role offering real ownership and autonomy.
What you’ll be doing
Own onboarding and implementation for new users
Train, support, and retain key accounts within a major global bank
Be the bridge between client and product, gathering feedback and driving adoption
Spot opportunities to deepen platform usage and reduce friction
Work closely with technical and product teams to resolve issues and enhance the experience
Build strong relationships with customers
What we’re looking for
5–6+ years in customer success or post-sales at a fintech or financial data company
Native Japanese and fluent English
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Comfortable working independently and driving client outcomes
Understanding of how analysts, PMs, or researchers work with financial data
