They're now expanding into Asia-Pacific and are hiring their first Customer Success Manager in Hong Kong to support the rollout of their platform inside a leading Tier 1 global bank. With over 100 users to be onboarded in Hong Kong, this is a high-impact role offering real ownership and autonomy.
What you’ll be doing
Guide new users through onboarding and training
Drive platform adoption, engagement, and satisfaction
Serve as the voice of the customer, shaping internal product direction
Act as strategic partner and trusted advisor to end users
Handle escalations, usage insights, and ongoing support
What we’re looking for
5–6+ years of experience in customer success within financial tech or SaaS
Fluent English; Cantonese is a plus
Strong grasp of financial workflows, data tools, or analyst needs
Independent operator who thrives in startup-style environments
Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
