As the first Customer Success Manager in the Asia-Pacific region, you’ll play a critical role supporting the rollout of this category-defining platform across a leading Tier 1 global bank. With over 200 users to onboard across Japan and Hong Kong, this is a high-impact, high-visibility opportunity with real ownership and autonomy.
What you’ll be doing
• Own onboarding and implementation for new users in both Japan and Hong Kong
• Train, support, and retain key users across a flagship global banking account
• Act as the bridge between client and product teams – capturing feedback, resolving friction, and driving adoption
• Develop strong relationships with end users and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor
• Work closely with technical and product teams to troubleshoot issues and optimise user experience
• Identify opportunities to expand usage and improve customer outcomes
What we’re looking for
• 5–6+ years in customer success, post-sales, or account management within fintech, SaaS, or financial data
• Native-level Japanese and fluent English required
• Based in Japan or Hong Kong, with flexibility to travel locally for on-site client engagements
• Strong understanding of how analysts, PMs, or researchers work with financial data and tools
• Independent operator who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
• Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
