This is your chance to lead content strategy at one of the UK's fastest-growing social-first consumer brands — a team already generating billions of views and just getting started. The Company
This is a fast-scaling, social-first consumer brand that has built serious momentum through viral short-form video content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and beyond. With over a billion organic views generated and a product that people genuinely love and share, they've cracked something most brands spend years chasing. Everything is built in-house — creative, product, marketing — by a tight-knit team of around 20 people in central London. They move fast, back bold ideas, and operate with a flat structure where the best idea wins regardless of title.
They are now investing in building out their content function properly, and this is the hire that leads it.
The Role and Opportunity
You will step into an existing content team that is already performing — the team generated 12 million views in a single weekend recently — and take it to the next level. This is a strategic leadership role, not a hands-on production role. You will set the creative direction, build the processes that turn great content into a repeatable engine, and own the view targets that drive commercial growth.
You will manage a team of four across content creation and video editing, and have real autonomy to shape how the function develops. You will work closely with the paid and affiliate marketing teams, feeding them the performance signals and winning formats they need to optimise their activity.
This is a rare opportunity to join a brand at the stage where things are really starting to accelerate — with the creative infrastructure already in place and the mandate to scale it properly. You will have genuine ownership, genuine creative freedom, and a clear commercial purpose behind everything you do.
The role comes with a growth path too — as the function scales, so does the team, and so does the scope of the role.
The Role
• Lead the creative direction across all owned content formats, identifying winning hooks, formats and angles and building them into repeatable systems
• Oversee a team of four across content creation and video editing, developing individuals and maintaining high standards of output
• Own the view targets for the channel portfolio, monitoring performance and making strategic decisions on what to scale, cut or experiment with
• Build and implement content processes — from weekly team reviews of best-performing content to structured testing frameworks for new formats
• Feed performance signals and winning creative formats into paid and partner marketing teams to support wider commercial activity
• Drive the experimental content track — AI-generated content, emerging formats, new platform opportunities — and build a structured R&D programme around it
• Hire and develop the team as the function grows, playing an active role in shaping the content organisation
Required Skills
• A proven, demonstrable track record of driving millions of views through original short-form video content built from scratch — not repurposed content with a built-in audience
• Experience working in a viral content environment at scale — pure-play content companies, social-first brands or high-output content studios
• Strong creative instincts combined with analytical thinking — able to diagnose why content works and translate that into strategic direction
• Leadership experience or a clear, confident ability to manage and develop a team
• An AI-native working style — actively using AI tools to improve content output, workflow efficiency or creative ideation
• High agency and a process-building mindset — comfortable creating structure from scratch rather than inheriting established ways of working
Benefits
• Real ownership and creative freedom — you set the direction, not just execute someone else's vision
• A team that is already performing well and highly self-sufficient, giving you a strong foundation to build from
• Direct access to founders and senior leadership in a flat, collaborative structure
• Fast-growing brand with serious commercial momentum and a product people genuinely love
• Clear growth path as the content function and wider business scales
