You'll serve as both an internal construction expert and a client-facing implementation lead—bridging the gap between traditional construction methods and cutting-edge digital delivery tools.
Responsibilities include:
Translate real-world project data (models, schedules, methods) into digital twins using the company’s proprietary platform.
Collaborate with clients to understand specific project needs, construction methodologies, and workflows.
Lead discovery sessions and technical conversations with clients to shape effective platform adoption.
Serve as the client-facing project lead for the platform throughout the project lifecycle—from fit-out through handover.
Apply structured implementation methodology while tailoring solutions to individual project demands.
Interface closely with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Product, Engineering) to deliver high-quality service.
Continuously contribute to the improvement of platform configuration methods, based on your construction experience
