• Lead commercial strategy and drive enterprise adoption across major real estate organisations.
• Build and manage senior relationships with landlords, investors, consultants, lenders, and insurers.
• Own the full sales cycle — origination ? proposal ? negotiation ? onboarding ? expansion.
• Translate climate, retrofit, and regulatory risk into financial outcomes that protect value, cashflow, and compliance.
• Shape GTM messaging, sales materials, and commercial positioning.
• Feed client insights into product, modelling, and delivery teams to improve solutions.
• Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and events.
About You:
• Extensive experience in asset management, portfolio strategy, ESG/decarbonisation, investment management, or senior consultancy.
• Deep network across landlords, consultants, lenders, investors, and insurers.
• Expertise in regulatory and climate frameworks (MEES, EPC, CRREM, Net Zero, ESG-linked financing).
• Skilled at framing retrofit and climate risk in financial terms (valuation, rent, WAULT, liquidity, insurance).
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter with experience building pipeline, messaging, and processes from scratch.
• Strong communicator across C-suite, lending, and delivery teams.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment.
