Are you a commercial operator or technology sales professional ready to shape the future of London’s flex and co-working sector?Our client is a fast-growing technology and connectivity provider delivering next-generation network infrastructure, managed IT services, and advanced software for real-estate operators. With significant investment, an industry-leading platform, and a strengthened commercial capability, they are now poised for major expansion and this new hire sits right at the heart of that growth.

As Business Development Manager, you’ll focus on driving engagement and adoption of an expanded suite of services across flex offices and commercial property. You’ll combine outbound hunting, solution-led selling, and account development to win new customers while growing a portfolio of operator relationships. With a mix of warm accounts and major market opportunity, this is an ideal role for someone who knows the sector and wants real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong awareness of the company’s enhanced service offering across the London flex and co-working market.
• Proactively self-generate and close new business opportunities across connectivity, managed services and network management software.
• Own, manage and grow a portfolio of Flex Operator accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and value.
• Act as the commercial lead for inbound and outbound opportunities within your sector.
• Run the full 360° sales cycle — from discovery and pitch through to close, handover, and ongoing expansion.
• Work closely with Solutions Architects and Network Engineers to deliver best-in-class customer solutions.
• Become an expert in the software sales cycle for the in-house Wi-Fi and network management platform.
• Develop deep sector knowledge, becoming the internal subject-matter expert on flex/co-working operators.
• Represent the company at industry events to identify and nurture new opportunities.

About You:

• Experience selling telecoms, managed services, and/or SaaS solutions into flex operators or commercial real-estate clients.
• Clear understanding of the Flex Operator ecosystem in London and the wider UK market.
• Comfortable independently managing sales cycles of varying lengths — from early engagement to close.
• Commercially sharp, proactive, and driven by new business success.
• Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised and able to balance hunting with account management.
• Collaborative mindset — knowing when to bring in internal technical specialists.
