OUTSIDE IR35

Start Date: W/C Monday 22nd September

I’m working with a high-growth scale-up who need an experienced Brand Strategist to step in and partner with their CMO on two big brand projects over the coming term.

This is a short-term role (September–December 2025) and they’re after someone who can bring clarity, creativity, and structure while getting hands-on with delivery. What you’ll be working on:

Brand relaunch: repositioning their offering from a single product to a full suite. The groundwork has been started, but needs finishing — messaging, collateral, and rollout.
Acquisition rebrand: developing the naming, positioning and messaging for a newly acquired product and folding it into the suite, with all the supporting sales and marketing updates.
Running workshops with stakeholders to refine positioning and messaging.
Shaping the brand book and internal comms so teams know how to talk about the business.
Producing copy across web, decks, brochures, and training material.
Making sure both projects land with impact internally and externally.

What they’re looking for:

Proven brand strategy experience, ideally in startup/scale-up environments including SAAS
Someone who’s comfortable diving into a fairly complex tech product.
Strong writing skills and creative thinking.
A hands-on operator who’s happy to roll sleeves up.
Used to working with Slack, Google Meet/Zoom
