A brand on the edge of transformation, and they need someone to help lead the charge.
A fast-growing, private equity-backed subscription business is looking for a Brand Manager to help lead a major brand transformation, working closely with senior leadership from day one.
Our client is one of the UK's fastest-growing subscription businesses, backed by private equity and scaling at real pace. They operate in a category people don't think about until they need it: keeping older and vulnerable loved ones safe, and giving families genuine peace of mind. The business runs everything in-house, from equipment to round-the-clock support, so the team owns the full experience end to end, something few competitors in the space can say. Backed by fresh private equity investment, a redesigned product line and a brand refresh already in motion, this is a business entering an ambitious next chapter, and building the team to match.
This is a rare opportunity to shape a brand at the exact moment it's investing seriously in its future. You'll work directly with the Head of Brand and the Managing Director, with genuine visibility and influence from day one rather than layers of sign-off to work through. You'll take a live brand refresh from strategy to full roll-out, dig into the website customer journey to remove friction and improve conversion, and help launch the brand into new channels including paid and organic social, with door drop and potentially TV advertising planned for the year ahead. You'll be supported by an in-house team and a strong roster of specialist agencies, so you're directing and shaping the work rather than doing everything single-handedly. The business has a genuine track record of promoting from within, so this is a role with real room to grow, for someone who wants to build something and is prepared to be visible while they do it.
The Role
- Leading delivery of a live brand refresh, taking it from strategy through to full roll-out
- Digging into the website customer journey, identifying friction and running tests to improve conversion
- Keeping every piece of comms, across every channel, consistent and on brand
- Helping launch the business into new channels, including paid and organic social, with door drop and TV advertising on the roadmap
- Managing project and design budgets, and acting as the escalation point for brand delivery
- Working alongside an in-house team and a strong agency roster, including brand, performance media, social and SEO/GEO specialists
- Building and evolving the brand's positioning, look and tone of voice as the business grows
Required Skills
- Experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar role, ideally somewhere D2C, subscription or fast-moving
- A track record of delivering brand campaigns across multiple channels
- Confidence working cross-functionally with sales, digital, CRM and customer teams
- Sharp instincts for language, tone of voice and what genuinely resonates with an audience
- Commercial awareness, with the ability to link brand activity back to business performance
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to turn ambiguity into a clear plan
- A calm, resilient approach to working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
Benefits
- The chance to shape a brand at the exact moment it's being reinvented, not join once the direction is already set
- Direct access to and mentorship from senior leadership, with genuine scope to influence strategy
- A business with a real track record of promoting from within and investing in its people
- Up to £50,000, dependent on experience
- Hybrid working, based in Norwich
- A strong benefits package, including private medical cover, matched pension and enhanced holiday
