What You’ll Do:
> Drive new business and grow existing accounts in your territory.
> Build trust with clients through a consultative, partnership-focused approach.
> Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.

About You:
> Proven track record in B2B sales within construction, ConTech, or related industries.
> Natural hunter and closer, highly target-driven.
> Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
> Passionate about construction and technology, with the ability to translate technical solutions into client value.
> Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders across countries and cultures.
> Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
