The Role
End-to-End Sales: Own and deliver on sales quota; generate outbound pipeline, run product demos, manage enterprise sales cycles, and ensure smooth handovers to Customer Success.

Industry Representation: Act as the face of the business—attend industry events, deliver presentations, and build a strong network.

Sales Tools: Utilize a modern sales stack including HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom, Lusha, and Gong.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Success to deliver a best-in-class buyer experience.

What We're Looking For
2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally within full-cycle enterprise sales.

Experience working with senior stakeholders and large enterprise accounts.

Domain knowledge or background in construction or construction-tech is a strong plus.

Proven ability to drive deals from discovery to close in complex sales environments.

Strong communicator with excellent verbal, written, and negotiation skills.

Self-starter with a bias for action, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset.

Growth-oriented—you enjoy improving processes, learning fast, and contributing beyond your job title.
