The Drum asked our CEO Melina for her views on a recent column that looked at the brain drain that was facing the marketing industry. Unsurprisingly Mel had her own ideas on what the industry needs to do to smarten up its act. Mel takes the position that the only way agencies have any chance of survival in the war for talent is for total reconstruction of their entire culture, values and working practices.
