Looking towards 2021…Hiring at Propel

So, another lockdown to navigate and the impact that brings personally and from a business perspective.

 

I have to hand it to the team at Propel, they have all reacted very positively. We had settled into a happy rhythm of spending a couple of days a week together in our lovely Soho office and were really seeing the benefit of being together. We were hiring too; having recently brought the amazing Mary Haddad into the Propel team.

 

So, what does this lockdown mean for life at Propel? Well, we have lost our days together in the office, but we feel pretty well practiced at operating in the ‘normal’ world of remote working by now. We are also seeing market activity continue to increase. We continue to be briefed on an increasing number of new positions as clients take a ‘let’s get on with things’ approach to hiring remotely.

 

We are looking towards 2021 with a real sense of positivity and possibility. So, we intend to continue to search for new people to join the Propel team.

 

We have a high bar, and this is an opportunity to join a special group. The most important thing – we need proven consultants with the right approach.

 

We are interested in speaking to people with the following experience:

  • Proven recruitment consultants in the areas of Marketing, Sales or Technical recruitment – we want you to hit the ground running, so being a market expert is essential.
  • Track record of success – you need to have consistently exceeded targets and frankly be really good at what you do, we will definitely ask you about it!
  • Relationship based approach – you do the job well and in a way that leaves everyone you deal with feeling valued regardless of the outcome.
