Wint, a fast-growing Series C company in AI-powered leak detection, turned to Propel to strengthen its UK presence and expand in the US. Starting with a pivotal Sales Director hire, we built a tailored recruitment process that went on to deliver nine high-impact placements across both regions, setting Wint up for long-term growth.

With its intelligent water management technology, Wint spots leaks in real time, shuts off the supply instantly, and helps clients cut damage, consumption, and carbon emissions. Headquartered in London and operating globally, Wint’s ambition is clear: lead the market, protect resources and build more sustainably.

The Challenge

Already established in the Middle East and the US – plus a small UK team – Wint was ready to scale its UK presence and dominate the market. To do so, their first priority was hiring a Sales Director to set the pace for growth in the region.

Our introduction came through a personal recommendation – a sign from the start that this could be the beginning of something special. To make every search a success, Sam built a tailored process: adapting to leadership in different time zones, staying connected through multiple communication channels, providing salary benchmarks, and prepping every candidate to ensure a seamless experience. On top of that, weekly check-ins with hiring managers and HR kept everything moving in lockstep.
