Sastrify are a German-based B2B SaaS scale up who offer companies a management tool for their SaaS stack. They have been hiring extensively outside of the DACH market to increase their presence across EMEA within their Sales, Marketing, Tech and Finance teams. We’ve helped them to find exceptional talent not only within the UK but across Europe as well. Having placed a Senior Benelux Account Executive, we continue to source candidates and grow their other teams.

Why did they need to use us?

Propel are a fountain of knowledge when it comes to hiring for high growth B2B SaaS companies, but we’re especially helpful for companies who are searching for talent across multiple teams. Here we are able to provide help across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Tech due to our consultants’ specialisms.

What did Propel do?

We were able to map the market and due to Sastrify operating a remote-first approach to working, we were not constrained by geographical location. We launched a targeted search for the Benelux Sales Account Executive as this required specific SaaS, Language and Cultural expertise and were successful in filling the role.

The Results

We now continue to work very closely with Sastrify across all their divisions and look forward to the hiring roadmap for 2022.
