Payfit is one of France’s latest tech unicorns with over £200m funding from illustrious VCs. Founded only in 2015, they have experienced tremendous growth over the past 7 years and recently launched the UK region. As part of the expansion into the UK, they required a Head of Customer Success to build and scale CS with their growing customer base in the UK.
Why did they need to use us?
Payfit’s footprint in the UK was expanding quickly, and as a result they needed a Senior CS leader to inherit the current customer base, and lay the foundations for CS practice going forward. They required a proven B2B SaaS CS leader with experience building, managing and scaling teams across a customer base with thousands of customers.
What did Propel do?
Propel has a deep network of Customer Success leaders throughout the B2B SaaS space. We mapped the market, identifying senior leaders from a similar environment that matched the requirements of what Payfit were looking for. This included; CS experience within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, an extensive SMB/ MM customer base, and management capabilities.
After taking the brief, Propel delivered 10 fully qualified candidates that had been thoroughly vetted in relation to the role at Payfit. Within 6 weeks of the brief being taken, an offer was accepted and signed. We continue to work with Payfit across all of their hiring needs as they continue to thrive within the UK market.
