Jivox are an international market-leading B2B SaaS platform delivering highly personalised and creative video advertising solutions for major brands and retailers through their use of AI and Machine Learning. Headquartered in Silicon Valley, they have a smaller UK team that oversees operations across EMEA and were looking for a Customer Success Director to manage their Tier 1 accounts.
As one of Jivox’s most senior Customer Success Director’s was moving into a different position within the business, they needed somebody from the industry equally as experienced to take over the company’s most strategic clients.
This person would need to have strong industry knowledge as well as experience in a strategic capacity working closely alongside senior stakeholders to deliver value on Jivox’s solution.
Propel have an extensive network of senior Customer Success candidates within the B2B SaaS space, but as the requirements for this position were so industry specific, we researched the market and mapped out the most relevant companies for us to actively headhunt from.
After taking on the brief, we delivered a shortlist of ten excellent candidates that had initially been through two interview stages with Propel to ascertain their relevance to the role. Within a few weeks, three candidates made it to the final stage and we were successfully able to place their desired candidate.
We continue to work closely with Jivox across all their hiring needs both in the UK and the US.
