Econsult are a VC backed medtech in the etriage space. Having recently secured a significant round of funding they were looking to bolster their leadership team by hiring a chief product officer.

Why did they need to use us?

Propel’s extensive experience recruiting leaders for B2B SAAS start ups made us the right partner for eConsult to work with. They wanted to look outside their own sector but retain the skills and experiences crucial for rapidly scaling technology businesses.

What did Propel do?

We assembled a diverse shortlist from a wide variety of sectors proving the concept that without the need for specific industry experience a product leader from a consumer background can be a valuable addition to a B2B operation. product managers often have the same challenges regardless, it’s ultimately a balance between iteration and the user.
