Duda is an Enterprise B2B SaaS martech scale-up with considerable presence in North America (200+ employees). They identified the UK as a European HQ and wanted to build a GTM Enterprise sales team to conquer Europe under the stewardship of the SVP Sales.
Duda needed a recruitment partner that was well connected, understood the martech ecosystem, and could articulate the nuances required from the role. Martech can be a complex space, and their requirements were specific and required thorough knowledge of candidate skillset, network, and the subtle differences within tangible and non-tangible martech sales expertise.
Propel’s network within adtech and martech is considerable. We’ve built many years of connections and have a wealth of understanding of the advertising and marketing landscape. We were able to truly understand what was required to make these hires a success, mapping the market to identify and attract the relevant individual’s that would add value to Duda’s cause.
Proudly, we were able to place 2 Enterprise Account Executives, and 2 Enterprise BDRs to support these individuals and setup Duda for great success in 2022. We’re still working with the team in building out a Mid-Market Account Executive function as they look to grow further across Europe.
