ChatLingual is a Denver-based high-growth B2B SaaS start-up with a software specifically for Enterprise within the support-solutions space. Having secured customers and whilst building a strong reputation in North America, they saw appetite for their solution in Europe. Fuelled by a Series A investment, they decided to launch European operations and chose London as the EMEA headquarters.
ChatLingual needed an exceptional recruitment partner to help with the launch. They needed a partner who could advise on many topics including; talent availability, salary benchmarking, location preferences, localised job specifications, and much more. Following this, they needed a recruitment partner that could successfully deliver exceptional talent for a business unknown in the European market and with little brand awareness.
Propel worked closely with the Senior Leadership team in outlining requirements, building hiring matrixes, and evangelising ChatLingual to the fiercely competitive UK B2B SaaS sales scene. There were also tight timelines to deliver these results in, given the ambitious expansion plans.
Propel delivered three exceptional candidates in record time. One, would be Partnerships-focused, another Enterprise Account Management, and the final candidate Enterprise Sales-focused. These candidates were sourced, delivered and started within 6 weeks and continue to be a massive success at ChatLingual. We continue to work with the team in building out the presence further across; sales, marketing, account management, and partnerships.
