Bound is a high-growth fintech and currency-risk start-up experiencing rapid growth. We first started working with Seth when the business was c. 10 employees having secured his first significant round of funding. Following this he had huge revenue growth targets, and headcount growth targets as a result in lining up for a considerable Series A. Seth needed recruitment support from a partner that could deliver both quality and quantity of candidates across; sales, marketing, product, design, marketing, and other key business areas.

We placed a number of key pillars within the early team structure including; Chief Commercial Officer, Head of Sales, Head of Engineering, amongst others and are continuing to work with Seth as he looks to grow to 100+ employees by the close of 2022.
