Ben Dalzell

Ben is our Chief Operations Officer, and plays a huge role in the day-to-day runnings of the business working directly with Melina, CEO & Founder, as well as strategising the company’s long-term goals. He oversees many different departments including Marketing, Operations and Finance.

Since Ben has joined Propel, he has overseen a brand launch, new website, new tech, new recruitment models across each teams and transformed the way we work on a day-today basis.

Outside of the world of recruitment, Ben is usually found at a park, farm or zoo with his little boy Fraser. Ben can also be found at Carrow Road, the home of Norwich City, he is a massive fan, which definitely demonstrates his resilience…
