THE OPPORTUNITY

You’ll report directly into the CEO, inheriting a sales team across Europe and have the remit to grow and scale this to 15/16 heads quickly
You’ll own the entirety of Europe, driving growth in existing markets and opening up new territories
You’ll enhance, motivate and perfect the sales team in a management/ leadership capacity – and get involved on “must-win” enterprise deals personally
You’ll leverage their market-leading reputation within Retail, Wholesale, Hospitality, Manufacturing and other Enterprise verticals and drive new business wins
You’ll be given the autonomy, freedom, and responsibility to own the region and be integral to the success in the UK

Job Description

EXPERIENCE/ QUALIFICATIONS

B2B SaaS sales leadership experience
International/ European experience
Strategic and executor – you’ll strategise and then get the results
A network within retailers, wholesalers, grocers, manufacturers, or hospitality would be an advantage but not a prerequisite
Selling into HR and Operations teams would be an advantage but not a prerequisite
Experience with an E-Learning/ Communications/ Performance tool would be an advantage, but not required.
