Senior Technical Consultant
Propel is coming for you 2021 - and that means adding to our exceptional team.
We are looking to hire a proven technical recruitment consultant with experience in hiring Product, Software Engineering, Data Science and Engineering or Quality Assurance professionals. This person will have a demonstrable track record of exceeding targets and consistent performance. A background in agency is essential.
· Recent recruitment agency experience - this role includes business development and so agency experience is essential.
· Proven technical recruitment experience - we want you to hit the ground running, so being a market expert is essential.
· Track record of success - you need to have consistently exceeded targets and frankly be really good at what you do, we will definitely ask you about it!
· Relationship based approach - you do the job well and in a way that leaves everyone you deal with feeling valued regardless of the outcome.

Your first 6 months will be about integrating into our wonderful team and getting up to speed, bringing in and delivering on new business as well as servicing business that is passed your way.
By the end of year one you will be completely at home, an exceptional performer, and loving life at Propel. You will have built a handful of great accounts who lean on you for your hiring expertise and market knowledge.
24 months in? Who knows what this might look like? You may well be on your way to building a high performing team, or you may have decided to focus on being high level individual contributor renowned in your market as the go to person.
