The Company

A well-established SaaS with an industry-leading enterprise information archiving platform used by some of the world's most highly regulated companies for their all-important, multi-channeled data capture is looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager to join their vibrant and very social London office.

The Role

You will be responsible for developing and implementing a paid media strategy, using channels such as paid search, paid social, display, and retargeting. Working as part of the digital team this role will play a crucial part in driving the company's digital presence, through lead generation, engagement and brand awareness.

What You'll Do

*Define the paid media strategy and execution across all channels
*Plan, optimise, implement and manage all paid digital campaigns across various media channels
*Collaborate with the digital team to align the PPC strategy to ensure it reflects and complements the SEO and organic social strategy
*Align with the wider demand generation team to support their campaigns through paid media
*Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
*Work with agencies where applicable to support the wider paid media strategy
*Create ads that drive greater engagement with the help of the internal design team
*Work closely with the content team to create compelling ad copy that is suitable for each paid channel
*Serve as the subject matter expert on third-party digital platforms, tools and partnerships
*Manage in-depth digital campaign analysis and reporting, as well as campaign optimisation strategies – from A/B testing to audience targeting optimisation
*Optimise paid digital spending to improve lead acquisition and conversion rate performance
*Build and manage reporting, dashboarding, and funnel analysis to provide learnings and recommendation on performance
*Test new marketing tools and channels, as well as lead new vendor onboarding to maintain edge in innovation
*Keep up to date with industry best practices, latest trends and new technologies

About You

*5+ years of paid digital experience in a B2B business
*Experience running paid media in-house
*Knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter Advertising, Display and Retargeting
*Strong experience with modern digital marketing tools and technologies
Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and/or other digital and media analytics reporting expertise with ability to ascertain actionable insights and recommendations
*Strong reporting and analytical skills
*Knowledge of Salesforce and HubSpot (or similar)– for paid campaign set up, tracking and reporting
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
*Ability to juggle and manage multiple projects simultaneously
