A high growth AI cyber security scale up that has received $50 million plus at series C is looking for data engineers at the mid and senior level to join its growing team. Having experienced hyper growth over the last 3 years this business is now scaling a fully remote engineering function to cope with this demand.

The Role

As a high growth scale up the businesses datasets are growing at a exponential rate. On one hand this is great as it gives the teams large datasets to train best in class machine models but it also creates issues with data pipelining which need to be solved. Therefore this business needs to hire a number of new data engineers into the team.
Working closely with the teams data scientists you will build the infrastructure and pipelines that allows them to iterate quickly.
You will work on a range of projects including: building data ingestion systems with kafka and spark, building a cutting edge data lake allowing the team to handle scale and building a framework to allow ML models to be deployed regularly.

About You

As a data engineer for this high growth AI cyber security business you might have experience in some of the below areas be:

• Experienced in building distributed data systems inline with best engineering practices.
• Have deployed data pipelines at scale
• Have deep knowledge of Cloud computing with AWS.
• Experience with AWS

As a Data engineer you can expect to earn anywhere from £60k to £90k depending on experience alongside a range of impressive benefits.
