Senior CRM Manager
A really exciting opportunity for an experienced CRM Manager to join a brand that is really disrupting the Wellness industry. They are looking to undergo a radical strategic transformation to become a truly customer-centric, technology-led global health and wellness brand. The business has so far delivered exceptional financial performance, and given its unique characteristics and successful performance, it has attracted private equity investment.
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will:
Design & deliver a best-in-class CRM strategy that includes a clear segmentation strategy, identifying the key drivers of profitability, loyalty, and churn.
Bring to life the strategy to grow (upsell), treat (reward) and keep (retain lapsed users) as the business transitions their infrequent user base into the subscription model.
Design and oversee the introduction of a new loyalty programme, developing the short and long-term strategy for this program with the team.
Work closely with the agency to optimise customer journeys across the website and off-site marketing.
Design and oversee the delivery of all email communications including creative, audience segmentation, building, testing and scheduling.
Regularly report on all CRM marketing activity and share with the wider business.
Manage a team of three to design and deliver the CRM strategy.
Several years CRM experience within an ecommerce business.
Solid experience using Shopify.
Fluency in primary ad-tech channel platforms (e.g. Adwords, GA, Facebook etc.).
A passion for making marketing communications as relevant to customers as possible, personalising content thoughtfully by utilising customer data.
Proven track record in optimising campaign performance through A/B and multivariate testing.
The ability to work under own initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey clearly, effectively and appropriately with colleagues, suppliers and others at all levels.
Excellent attention to detail, quality and accuracy imperative.
Experience of trouble shooting and solving difficult & sometimes technical problems.
