QA Automation Tech Lead

A fintech Unicorn landing in London and building out a brand new tech hub to build a number of greenfield projects is looking for a QA Automation tech lead to join the team and deliver on a number of greenfield projects. This is a rare opportunity to join an already super successful engineering team building a brand new business unit in the UK. You can shape this function while also having the backing of a major tech player.

Job Description

The Role

As a QA automation Tech Lead you will provide thought leadership to the businesses already well established Automation Engineering team. You will provide expertise, support and leadership to a number of cross functional teams.

You will be responsible for –

• Providing leadership on testing roadmap as the team grows.
• Assist the existing QA team to tackle new features
• Review testing scenarios
• Coaching and mentor the current QA team
• Experiment and recommend new QA technologies
• Make testing Processes as efficient as possible.

About You

As a QA Automation Tech Lead you’ll have a number of skills that will enable you to succeed in this position (don’t worry if you don’t hit all of these still apply
if you think you can adapt / learn) –

• Your excited to join a startup with massive funding and growth plans
• Passionate and thought leader within QA
• You’ll have in depth experience in using javascript for automated Testing
• You have a deep experience testing web based products

As a QA Automation Tech Lead you can earn anywhere from £90,000 - £110,000 plus substantial share options.
