Performance Marketing Lead - B2C Fintech

Propel are seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to join a rapidly scaling B2C Fintech, backed by one of the largest investment firms in the world. The role will offer the chance to be part of a community-led company with a genuine purpose to have a positive impact on the world.

Job Description

It's a newly created role in which you will work directly with the Founder and have the opportunity to own all Performance Marketing globally. As the first of it's kind role, you will begin initially stand alone, with the scope to grow a team as the business grows!

As the Performance Marketing Lead you will:

• Own all Performance Marketing globally (creative, strategy, execution, reporting,
• Execute towards growth KPIs and play a pivotal role in a rapidly scaling business
• Working with your manager, determine how best to deploy the 6-digit monthly
acquisition budget to scale new customer acquisition and optimise CPAs
• Work with product, growth, engineering and community teams to suggest new
experiments and optimisations to improve acquisition funnels and activation
• Partner with the in-house and external creative teams to craft high performing and
consistent creatives
• Build and maintain structured and scalable reporting
• Ambitiously test and trail new acquisition channels and tactics, reporting back to key
stakeholders of successes and learnings (good or bad!)

About you

(Essential) You have solid experience in Paid Social advertising.(Facebook, TikTok,
• (Desirable) Experience with other channels is a plus (Influencer Marketing, CRM,
Display, Search, CRO).
• You have demonstrated highly creative or even unorthodox ways of scaling
campaigns and communicating the brand.
• You are extremely data-driven and have high attention to detail. Google Analytics,
Mixpanel or Amplitude proficiency is required.
• You are familiar with the challenges associated with iOS 14 and SKAN.
• You are obsessed with driving growth performance and ROI.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong ability to execute.
• Previous high growth startup - subscriptions or B2C FinTech experience a huge plus!
