Remote, Offices Central London

£75,000 - £90,000

We're excited to be partnered exclusively with a succcessful b2c focused product with over 500k users, and are planning on scaling 10x within the coming years, looking for a talented Lead Product Manager.


You will have a deep knowledge of the inner workings of a high growth product, idelly having been through notable periods of scale and understand what it takes to get commercial goals and customer facing products into production. You will be working with multi skilled teams across Product Design, Infrastructure, Engineering and DevOps, to enable the cogs the turn and make commercial Product strategy become a reality.


You will be proficient in understanding the correlation required between technology, product and commercial outputs that will exist within a group level business, and enable continuous evolution and innovation through discovery of pain points, research into solutions, implementation of proof of concepts and ensuring the adoption of these.


As a Lead Product Manager you will be responsible for managing and dveeloping a small team of Product Managers.


Skills and experience you’ll need to have

Demonstrated record in leading the growth of consumer-facing products within a high performance B2C or fintech business
Experience of developing a team of Product Managers delivering consistent, high impact results
Experience in running full product development lifecycles with high levels of technical complexity
Experience successfully leading a multi-functional, multi-disciplinary team to deliver against shared objectives
Experience in articulating a product vision and developing and delivering roadmaps that bring the vision to market
Experience of development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and ability to support teams in selecting and using methodologies
Consistent track record in data driven decision making including solid understanding of analytics tools and ability to manipulate and explain data
Experience developing research briefs and working with researchers or agencies to gather insights, evidence of working these back into products
Experience with A/B and multi-variate testing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to build positive relationships and influence to drive decision making and progress
