Seeking a Head of Growth to join a VC-backed tech start-up on a mission to transform lives.
The business which was launched in the last 2 years have grown to a team of 60 and recently secured $2m dollars in funding. They have ambitious growth plans with intentions to secure Series A in 2021.
This is considered a key hire for the business, which will be their first marketing hire.

As the Head of Growth, you will be responsible for owning growth and driving customers. Take a data-driven approach to quickly figure out scalable acquisition channels.
You will cover all channels online and offline
Responsible for measurement, reporting, and optimisation
Own and deploy the marketing budget
5 Years experience within a growth oriented role, covering acquisition, engagement and retention
Previous experience in b2b and b2c preferred
Experience is testing and experimentation to find the most effective channels
Experience driving growth through online and offline acquisition channels
Proven track record of increasing user acquisition, engagement, and retention and meeting/exceeding revenue and profitability goals
Experience in a high growth environment
