Job Description

The role

They are now looking for a Head of Demand Generation to lead business growth through nurturing and driving acquisition.
You will work closely with both Content and Product Marketing to increase every chance of success.
Your remit will be broad and you will own the full marketing funnel and use a variety of channels to reach prospects including SEO, PPC, Social, Programmatic, Partner and OOH.
The budget will be completely in your hands and you will develop and test ABM campaigns.
The role has both a B2B and B2C side to it as you will be selling to both employers and employees, this is a really unique offering so the messaging has to be spot on.

Your experience

B2B experience, ideally selling to HR/People Ops functions.
Deep understanding of full funnel marketing
ABM experience
Start-up / Scale-up experience preferred
