Following huge success and recent funding this MedTech is looking to expand internationally and is looking to build a remote team from scratch.

Job Description

The Role:

As a Engineering lead you will be Joining to lead and build a brand new agile development team. As an engineering Lead you will remain hands on while leading a small but growing engineering team to deliver a state if art AI Product that is aiming to provide a positive social. Day to day you'll be splitting your time between leading a team of 5 - 8 engineers while also remaining hands on to mentor and coach developers.

You'll work with internal and external partners to deliver a product that delights its customers.

• Be responsible for the success of the businesses software development efforts.
• Recruit, lead and motivate the development teams, including line management
• Have a good understanding of Python to a hands on level.
• Have a good knowledge of cloud computing including AWS Azure GCP.
• Setup the right level of processes and the right structure within the development teams
• Be hands-on on the technical side, to mentor developers and understand their day-to-day work
• Engage with internal stakeholders, especially the senior leadership team and the Product Management team to understand development priorities, using innovation and your technical know-how to deliver the best UX/UI and the most business value
• Build strong relationships with external partners (data providers, customers, etc)
