Director of Product – HealthTech

We are excited to be working exclusively with a hugely successful HealthTech scale up already serving over 12m customers in the primary care sector searching for an experienced Director of Product / Product Director.

This leading B2C HealthTech scale up has received over $20m+ in funding and are continuing to scale at pace. An instrumental hire the Director of Product will work closely alongside the VP of Product and C-Suite and will take ownership of a product, defining the product’s strategy and roadmap.

You'll need to have proven HealthTech experience, and have worked in a start-up or rapidly scaling business. You'll have experience when it comes to building world class products and teams, using an Agile approach, managing stakeholders and building those key relationships across the business such as marketing and sales teams that lead to an undoubtedly successful product.

As the ideal candidate you have:
• Has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Significant experience in HealthTech, MedTech or similar.
• Strong demonstrable work experience in Product management
• You are highly analytical and use data as evidence to inform your decision-making and communication
• Proven leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, analytical / critical thinking skills
• Experience with commercial aspects of products, pricing, P&L etc is a plus.
• Bonus for experience within growth start-ups and scale-ups.
