Propel have partnered with a company that is well positioned to be THE global destination for men's wellbeing, a Series A start-up that is leading the charge to help improve the lives of men everywhere by destigmatising how they approach every aspect of their health. It’s VC backed, was launched in 2018 and now has a team of 65+ with $30m funding, it’s scaling at an incredible pace, but they now need you to add your expertise to their growth

The Role

This is a pivotal hire in a vital company where you’ll be responsible for building, developing and leading community strategy, and hold responsibility for bringing the brand to life through top-class community engagement and eye-catching content creation. A storyteller at heart, you'll feel right at home in this role if you can define a community strategy that is designed to inspire people to come together, to share and to support each other. You’ll achieve this by collaborating with in-house teams and external partners to craft compelling content, and by creating the community platform needed to amplify the value of what’s created.

What You’ll Be Doing

*Devising and developing community strategy to engage with existing customers and broader audience, ultimately building trust, increasing awareness, and generating loyalty and advocacy for the brand
*As the company scales, recruiting, coaching and developing an in-house team of community and content specialists
*Devising and evolving methodologies for tracking and reporting on content, social media and community initiatives against defined KPIs
*Working with the Brand Marketing Lead to ensure community and content initiatives are integrated into brand, category and product marketing campaigns and calendars
*Liaising with stakeholders around the business, form the global content marketing strategy to support our commercial and brand objectives
*Partnering with the Brand Marketing Lead, aligning content and community efforts with other communication opportunities to amplify results
*Supported by the Creative Director, building briefing and concepting workflows for the timely creation of on brand assets (at scale)
*Together with the Medical Director and Regulatory team, ensuring that all the content we create, and engagement amongst our community meets any and all industry compliance standards and guidelines
*Effectively managing day-to-day relationships with freelancers and agencies
*Keeping up to date with social media, community building and content best practices; taking a test and learn approach to different and new ideas

About You

*5+ community building experience
*Demonstrable ability to hire, manage and motivate high performing teams
*Proven experience building community initiatives at well-known consumer brands, with understanding of how content strategy feeds into community building
*Experience managing social media
*Knowledge of content marketing and social media analytics and how to interpret them to transform results into actionable insights and actions
*Previous healthcare industry experience is a plus, and any experience creating content within a ‘compliance’ industry would be beneficial too BUT not essential
*Prior experience working with cross-functional, remote or international teams in a startup/scale-up or high-growth business exposure
