An AI cyber security Vendor that has recently received $60 million in funding to date is scaling its fully remote team in the UK and is looking for a cloud security operations engineer to join the team. This is a great opportunity to work with a high growth organization in a super interesting industry.

The Role

As a cloud security operations engineer for this scaling start up you will play a key role in ensuring this businesses cloud based products are available, secure, consistent and manageable.

You will:

• Have an opportunity to really change how this business uses the cloud moving away from old school methods.
• Use industry best practiced to ensure security of data
• Document Technical Strategy, patterns and processes
• Maintain, lead and challenge the security footprint of the business to drive improvements

This is a fully remote role working with a team distributed throughout the UK

About You

As a cloud security engineer for this high growth AI cyber security vendor there are a variety of skills that will enable you to succeed in the role –
• Love of software engineering!
• Experience on a cloud based product on AWS or Azure
• Experience with cloud security configuration, security container, application security understanding
• Working Knowledge of security engineering or operations such as antivirus, intrusion detection systems.
You may also have –
• Security principles of cloud based products
• Knowledge of tools such as terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet and infrastructure as Code.
• Experience in troubleshooting and debugging.

As a senior cloud security engineer for this high growth AI Cyber security vendor you can earn in between £80,000 - £120,000 + a Range of Benefits.
