Job Description
The Role
As a senior backend PHP engineer for this scaling Music Tech Startup you will join a team of 5 to deliver on a variety of greenfield projects and new feature builds. You will join a supportive and collaborative team that regularly meets and enjoy celebrating success, in changing the music industry, together.
You will use the below tech stack to deliver the best tools for the job to deliver a variety of new projects and features:
PHP (Laravel and Symfony)
JavaScript (React, Node, TypeScript)
Docker,
AWS
About You
As a senior backend engineer for this high growth music tech start-up, you will have a number of skills and attributes that allow you to succeed in this role –
2+ years experience in a software engineering position
Experience with PHP including frameworks such as Laravel and Symfony
Experience with Cloud Technologies such as AWS or GCP
Experience in JavaScript would also be beneficial including technologies
As a backend engineer for this high-growth Music Tech Platform, you will need to be able to meet the team in London once a week. You can earn up to £75k plus a range of benefits.
