The Role
As Partnerships Lead, you’ll take ownership of building and scaling strategic partnerships across the EMEA region. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership, you’ll identify high-value alliance opportunities, co-create go-to-market plans, and turn partnerships into scalable, revenue-driving channels.

You’ll join a collaborative, mission-led business where experimentation, autonomy, and impact are not just encouraged — they’re expected.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships with technology platforms, marketplaces, agencies, and ecosystem players.

Co-develop go-to-market plans and joint value propositions with partners to drive revenue growth.

Establish scalable partner frameworks and infrastructure, from onboarding to co-selling.

Work closely with Product and Marketing to ensure partner propositions align with user needs and company roadmap.

Act as the key interface between external partners and internal teams, ensuring alignment, momentum, and results.

Track and report on partnership performance, optimising as needed.

About You
Proven experience in partnerships, business development, or alliances within a high-growth SaaS environment.

Ability to think strategically and execute tactically — you can identify big opportunities and make them happen.

Experience working cross-functionally with product, commercial, and marketing teams.

Commercial mindset with the ability to align partner success with business outcomes.

Bonus: experience in climate, sustainability, or impact-driven tech.
