We’re partnering with a global consumer brand in search of a senior interim Performance Marketing leader to drive customer growth and profitability through data-led acquisition and retention activity.



This role will suit someone who’s led large teams (15+), managed global markets, and overseen significant marketing budgets. You’ll bring deep expertise across Paid Search, Paid Social, CRM, and emerging App channels — with a track record of delivering measurable, profitable growth in fast-moving environments.Responsibilities:



Lead and mentor a performance marketing team across multiple global markets
Oversee acquisition and retention activity across Paid Search, Paid Social, CRM, and App marketing
Manage and optimise multi-million-pound budgets to defined cost-of-sale and ROI targets
Develop and execute data-driven strategies to drive incremental, profitable growth
Partner with analytics, product, and brand teams to ensure performance activity aligns with broader business objectives
Champion best practice in measurement, attribution, and marketing efficiency
Foster a test-and-learn culture, driving continuous improvement across all channels
Report on performance and insights to senior stakeholders, translating data into clear commercial actions


Skills Needed:



Head of / Director-level Performance or Acquisition background
Strong leadership experience across global, multi-channel teams
Expertise in Paid Search, Paid Social, CRM, and App marketing
Proven ability to drive sustainable, profitable growth
Availability for an interim contract from December
