UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU NEED
To kick off our process, we work in partnership with you to build an accurate job description, clarifying and challenging along the way to make sure we really understand the role you’re looking to fill. Accuracy is paramount, as it makes sure we’re talking to the right candidates from day one.

REACH YOUR AUDIENCE
With your job description nailed, we then move on to mapping the market, defining the talent community we need, and approaching it. This combines the use of vast networks we’ve built over the years, targeted headhunting, and a creative, disruptive approach to advertising your role.

MAKE INITIAL SELECTION
As the applications start to flow in, we conduct initial phone screening calls with candidates to make sure we’re only putting the most suitable applicants through to interview.

INTERVIEW IN PARTNERSHIP
With a suitable pool of talent identified, we move into the interview stage. Whether it’s in person or through remote digital means, our interview process is built around the detailed requirements identified right at the start of the process.
