VTS are changing the way that commercial real estate (CRE) is done—disrupting a $15 trillion industry In 2021 they launched the fastest adopted new product in proptech, VTS Market. They hit “Unicorn” status in 2019 and had engaged with Propel in 2021 to support them as they expanded into Europe.

Why did they need to use us?

They sought our help to find a high-performing program marketer to lead marketing efforts in Europe to support the business objectives and aggressive revenue goals of VTS’ core software business in London.

What did Propel do?

We mapped the market to find candidates with previous history working for US corporations, that had been the first boots on the ground , with experience in building demand gen functions and strong european market experience.

The Results

Propel successfully hired their first Senior Marketer positioned outside of the US that the business.
