Mettrr are a website building company and as one of our existing clients, Mettrr reached out to us to help grow their Data team with a mid-level Data engineer and Data Scientist.

Why did they need us?

Mettrr are undergoing a period of change and building an exciting and brand new product. As a result, they have identified a need for growth of their Data function. The data recruitment team at Propel have made numerous placements with similar tech to Mettrr, and boast a great network of candidates in this area.

What did Propel do?

First, we took time to understand the data needs of Mettrr and how building this new product would affect the team’s workload. With our network and knowledge of the company and it’s tech, we were able to source high quality mid-level candidates to join their team in both a data engineering and data science function.

The Results

We have successfully placed a Data engineer, and data scientist into Mettrr this financial year. We are now in discussions for hiring across commercial and marketing departments in 2022.
